Anyone who has come by the Spire knows of Saga. As the self appointed welcome committee, they take it upon themselves to greet every single newcomer and help them find what they're looking for--be it lodging, a good meal, or whatever else. They have an excellent memory, and can recall with great clarity every single face they've come across--no matter the amount of time that's gone by. This is a great help to the clan's record keepers, so they're also frequently coming by the library to give statements to the archivist Mezzanine--whom they hold in high regard.

They have a passion for history and architecture, and will talk the ear off of anyone who will even pretend they're listening. They also run educational reenactments of local historical events of interest and various folklore.

They started out as the representative from a party of allied nature clans that came to visit when the clan was barely an outpost. They took one look at the strange, towering structure that had prompted others to set up shop there and promptly fell in love. The flowers and lemons pinned to their fur are velvet replicas magically imbued with the fragrance of those that grew outside their former den. Their scent comforts them in moments of homesickness. They also have a small herb garden set up in their den.
