Dreamer
The stars, they've found, taste like ice pops. Cold and sticky, and sweet like magic. The stars are cool and refreshing, but sometimes that cold is just so much, and your mouth goes numb. It's uncomfortable sometimes, but inevitably you want more. Plants, Epimetheus has ascertained, sound like life. It makes sense, of course, but the fast beat-beat-beat of daisies compared to the slow, steady thump-thump-thump of coniferous trees fill their head, making them dizzy and so, so elated. This is magic. This is the Arcanist. Magic reaches every corner of Sornieth, and Epimetheus can see it. They can taste it, and smell it, and hear it, and feel it everywhere. It's in their daughter's eyes when she smiles. It's in the flowers as they bloom. It's in their blood as it pumps through their body, especially as they fly, soar, swoop through the air.
