A high wizard of few words and a distant gaze. Hailing from a foreign land, the faint stains of improperly washed blood on his robes suggests some kind of violent past. When questioned about this he will always pivot subjects, before going to Marshal and insisting that as mayor he must uphold "his end of the bargain".

Relationships of note:

Marshal: There seems to be an arrangement between these two dragons, as Marshal can be seen conversing with Fredrick whenever there is a new arrival. The specifics of said arrangement are unclear, with both dragons being hyper aware of their surroundings during these discussions. Outside of this their relationship seems to be strenuous, built on business rather than trust.

Novern: Fredrick seems to be uneasy around Novern, despite the fact that he never seems to seek out Fredrick. Gracie has also picked up on his unease, and insists its because they are secretly in a relationship. Gracie will make sure to slander Novern as much as possible when spreading this gossip, seeing him as an inferior romantic rival.

Gracie: It is clear that Fredrick dislikes Gracie's bombastic nature, but nonetheless that dragon is convinced that Fredrick has the hots for him and will pester Fredrick on a daily basis. This constant needling seems to be the only thing that really gets under Fredrick's skin, leading him to lash out in anger before quietly retreating to his work.

Wozniak: While never seen together during the day, the two of them have been spotted outside of the Shroud at night on a couple of occasions by Zipp. She claims that Fredrick always seems abnormally at ease, while Wozniak remains his jittery self. When pressed for more information on these sightings, Zipp tends to clam up. At this point she will always excuse herself from the conversation and bolt away at top speeds.
