During Sidonias visit to the opposite side of the Snowsquall Tundra, the clan she visited was under attack. They were being attacked by enemies that could not be seen but only heard. When she arrived she notices balls of paint being launched by the spirals and banescales of the clan in an attempt to mark the enemies for easier sight.

Sidonia thought this was a grand idea, and volunteered to help defend. She stayed for three 4 hour shifts. This was not unnoticed Serenia, the leader of the clan. Serenia was extremely thankful about this and decided to reward everyone for protecting the clan. (especially for Grym as he watched over all of those who were too young to fight!)

As Serenia calls everyone to the square she says "Hello everyone. You are probably wondering why you have been called here. You all remember our fight against the Woods."

A murmur of remembrance goes over the crowd.

"I know we have all been tired beyond our wits" She continues. "We have been fighting nonstop to fight this enemy. We will beat them off! Their numbers have already been knocked down!"

A cheer breaks out in the crowd.

"Since everyone here has been doing their best to defend our lair, I have decided to reward everyone."

The crowd is puzzled and starts murmuring again while Serenia retrieves a list. They all quiet and listen.

"I know that since we have not been very gracious host right now, but Sidonia has been such a good soldier against the enemy. Sidonia, please come up here."

The crowd parts and a stunned Sidonia walks up to the stage.

"Sidonia, since the moment you got here you have been extremely useful in defending our clan. As such I present you with this Winter Cape. Thank you for your service to our clan. You are welcome to come back whenever."

Sidonia walks back in a daze. She goes back to her spot and thinks.

"I am so glad I came to this clan."
