A nobleman with a taste for collecting and caring for magical creatures. He's been well-trained in both sword-fighting and magic, leads a mobster criminal organisation under the kingdom's wraps.

He found Kageru because of his familiar, a phoenix, and in an attempt to keep the pet from freezing, brought both of them into his home and hid them from Kageru's previous clan, as well as the royal guards. Since then, he allowed Kageru to move in with him as a pair of extra hands in caring for all the familiars and creatures would be very helpful, taking him in despite his turbulent past.
