MINOS Her Beloved "My King... My Love..." |

Young and beautiful Macaria found herself before the great King of the Badlands known as Amarah. She wished to serve what she thought was but a Myth spoken of in her home within Shrieking Wilds, only spoken of to hatchlings to get them to stay close to the Lair. The legend was true and upon entering the Badlands Macaria was challenged with her task so that she could become a member of the clan. This challenge was to overcome the blight that Amarah and his queen bore and survive. If she survived then she would be adopted into the clan... if not, then she would be casted out and thrown to the depths of the Underworld. Macaria's body did not take to the Blight, she was from one with Nature and thus... one with the Gladekeeper. Amarah watched as the young Imperial was tormented with pain... before he spoke simply to her "You are not worthy of this clan..." and with that... she was cast out. Damned to the hell that was the Underworld. |

Beloved of Minos
Macaria found herself cast into the Depths of the Underworld where she was to be judged. Upon seeing this beautiful creature, suffering from the same blight that he suffered from the great Judge found her more than worthy of a spot within his domain. She would find herself being nursed to health and also being shown how to overcome the blight of Amarah's 'curse' by taking the essence from other dragons. Macaria would then find herself with her King, and her beloved... She is slowly beginning to show signs of the Curse that Minos bears, with strings of tar like blood running through her wings.

The Embodied of Death Macaria is never far from Minos' side, she lives to serve him and is forever bound to him as his mate. She loves and adores her king and will do anything for him, which includes going out and bringing back those who find themselves lost in the Plaguelands back so that they can feast on their essence. Because of this, Macaria has become known as the Embodiment of Death and is just as feared as Minos is... though they are not as feared as the great King and Queen of the Badlands. |
