 She typically spends the majority of her day either in the hall of knowledge or in the bookshops that are located in some of the small villages near the clan. Because of this, a lot of the hall is stocked with a book collection curated by her. Her excuse for constantly buying more is that it will one day benefit the rest of the clan. And it's true. Ever since she arrived at the clan, the overall literacy rate of the clan has increased tenfold.

Since Alexina is of light origins, she practices truth every day. She thinks that it is the most important quality of a dragon. Since she exercises it so strongly and seeks so much knowledge each day, she's granted especially strong elemental powers. Not only is her sight enhanced but her ability to utilize light spells is especially high.
Her closest friend is Thistlewhite. In their early days together, they often bounced theories off of each other. Alexina adores her so much, every time that Thistle leaves on another of her long journeys, Alex becomes a little bit glum for a while after.
The only dragon that can lift her spirits is Seimon. There's a special connection between the two of them. He might not be as scholarly as her but he can make her smile and they enjoy each others company a lot. When Alex is lost in a book and doesn't notice anything around her, Seimon doesn't mind and just revels in the fact that he can be near her even in this quiet time. He often accompanies her on her excursions to get more books.
