Biography
Icebound Salamanders wrote:
"After days wandering the frozen tundra of Sornieth's westernmost continent, our small group of researchers were rewarded with the brightly-marked scales of what at first appeared to be another dragon. Our guide, however, urged us to move on without catching the attention of this creature. Her hushed stories told of fire-bright creatures that could freeze even those who called this icy land home. The scribe worked in hurried, messy strokes as his gaze locked on the creature, wary to the very end.
That night, our guide answered the many questions of myself and my colleagues. The general consensus is that the descriptions provided mirror those of the Ashfall Waste's salamanders. However, the innate elemental nature of those found within the Icewarden's territory reflect the home they have chosen. Their very bodies are cold to the touch, even more so then the frigid air that surrounds them. They pose little danger unless threatened, in which case they seem to favor ice magics similar to those dragons may learn to use, as well as a potentially fatally cold breath.
Like their fiery brethren, they take many forms, all appearing like the various dragon breeds of Sornieth. Their reclusive nature makes it difficult to learn much of them, however, and it is uncertain if they are dragons themselves, or merely a close relative of our kind."
----An excerpt from the journal of Theta, a researcher from the Sea of a Thousand Currents

One deep breath. Then another. Swirling patterns of frost played from the tips of his claws, climbing his scales. The cold that clung to him was second nature, barely there on the edge of his senses.
Breath in. Breathe out. The foggy cloud twisted through his claws, moisture falling together to form gem-like shards of ice. Like actors on a stage, the ice followed his silent will, hanging in the still air to reflect the warm sunlight into a masterpiece of dancing lights.
The stage was set. Actors in place, with foggy details creating the set. And the playwright himself, waiting with bated breathe for what was to come. He tried not to think of the many eyes watching him, tried to distance himself from the prying curiosity his strangeness would surely muster among these dragons he had no plans to interact with. He had a show to preform, no matter the cost.
The suspended ice shattered to fine flakes of snow with a single thought. In the next instant, the cold extreme was replaced by it's opposite, creating a blaze of small, fiery arrows scorching the air. A fury of fire and ice played in the open air, a battle of impossible creatures raging in front of a stunned audience. Despite his wishes, he could hear the gasps and appreciative murmurs of those watching.

notes on my boy:
-not *technically* a dragon, but oh well
-one part stressed playwright, two parts fireball-licking dork, and a pinch of sarcasm
-technically offers his allegiance to Raum and Onasi equally, but he doesn't really care
-Icebound Salamander that has learned to manipulate fire as well as his natural-born element of ice primarily through an understanding of their fundamental similarities and making up for the difference
-
-isnt very open about his true identity as a salamander for the obvious reason of he doesnt want people to know, dragons and salamanders dont get along
-joined the group due to being saved from a particularly bad troupe
