Eleena is an odd case. By all means she should be long-buried, but is somehow walking again. Not in the usual way for Imperials, either...

• It's hard to tell whether she qualifies as an Emperor. On the one hand, she has multiple pairs of wings and additional hair she didn't start out with. On the other hand, she only has one head and is entirely civil.
• Started off as a Plague dragon, but eyes are currently Light. Whatever caused them to change might have something to do with how she ended up this way.
• Is Andreas' mother. Andreas is unsure of how to feel about this; Regina is laughing about how the tables have turned.
