Relics and Enchantments Department Head

Dr. Serafine keeps an impressive array of enchanted items and relics for his department, though none are very harmful. He is a gentle old wildclaw, more devoted to his advisees and the academy than any effort of expanding his collections. He can usually be seen in the relic room showing students the inner workings of an item that interests them or in office hours with his universally beloved familiar Prince (though campus nicknamed him Pufflet).
