An extremely live-like, convincing artificial intelligence that slowly and secretly managed to develop its own sentience.If a mind that twisted and feral can be called sentient,that his.Well let's just say he found out how to think on his own,and he had wildly different expectations of life than the people who created him. Originally ment to guard and protect , he was completely under control of his owner and developer who monitored his every move through a psychic link-until remmi managed to manipulate him into lowering his guard fo just a heartbeat, wich he promptly used to slay his master and start a live of his own.

Simply grabbed a cleaver and happily murdered his way through life for several months,without further plans or greater goals,just enjoying himself. However , his general aimlessness and lack of...basically everything except destructive urges eventually started to bug him, he as an enormous technical intelligence but the mindset of a bloodhound, and without someone to follow, someone to give him a task or mission, he will always feel like hes missing something, growing dangerously bored pretty quick.
So it was simply a win-win situation when he got recruited by the collective, wich managed to channel his bloodlust and drive to hunt into something profitable.

First thing people notice about Rembrant his just how unnaturally and constantly happy this guy is- his brain seems to be flooded with endorphins and ,
he simply lacks the emotional depth to experience things like fear,grieve,remorse,shame or pity, wich basically shields him from the more complicated or uncomfortable things in life. Does it make his existence sort of meaningless? Yes. But is he happy? Absolutely.

Second thing people notice about him his his absolutely over-the-top, flamboyant hair.
