Nobody knows anything about Oratorio's past. What is known, however, is that he is a musical genius - his melodies inspire awe in those who recieve the honour to see them peformed. Currently, his compositions can
be heard at the opera house of Thonis, where they are faithfully conducted by Kiriha, the lead conductor.

However, there are some frightenig rumours coursing around the atoll: Some who hear Oratorio's music
suffer from insomnia, they say. Some are plagued by horrid nightmares. And the worst of all: Some dragons supposedly broke out in dance uncontrollably, continuing until they collapsed of exhaustion. Such are the rumours about Oratorio's compositions. Kiriha pays those no mind, as he has yet to see something like that actually happen.

But what does Oratorio think about those rumours? Nobody knows. Ever cheerful, the Spiral is rarely seen outside his study where he writes down his magnificent compositions. On public appearances, he seems
utterly clueless about what others whisper about him. He either does not know about what's transpiring
under his nose - or he is simply a very good actor...
