- As childhood's go, Tora has had the most ordinary and peaceful childhood
- His moms are farmers and he only goes into the city every weekend
- Mostly spends time in dragon's rest, enjoying the exotic stories of the dragons within
- Make no mistake, he isn't going anywhere and doesn't dream of adventure but he loves stories
- A bit of a coward but could also be called levelheaded
- He met the Dunes and Dust hatchlings once but found them to have a bit too much energy
- Still, he got them a snack and played with them for that day
- Chandra and Tekka from the Records are much more his speed, though he prefers making forts with Chandra than watching for suspicious dragons with Tekka
