Sliced potato onion and finely-chopped stonecorns rest on a bed of spinach and amaranth leaves, drizzled with winter's delight vinaigrette and garnished with a few pretty pink mums.

This gumbo has been modified from original recipes to omit plant-based products so that all seafood-loving dragons can enjoy this entree, including Ridgebacks and Coatls. Sea bass, oysters, crawdads, shrimp, and crab are served in a roux made using fish oil, thickener from fishbone meal, and shrimp stock. Pineapple shiners, stubby squid, and molten goby are reduced into the broth to add flavor in place of plant-based seasonings. Can optionally be served over quinoa.

This recipe was originally curated by Lorraine’s mother, Apira, who served this dish at many family gatherings and holiday meals throughout Lorraine’s childhood. Now the dessert has been immortalized on the restaurant’s menu for all of Sornieth to enjoy!

Green nebula floater gelatin** is topped with honey-almond whipped cream and an assortment of toppings, including fresh strawberry and sugarmelon slices, dried sugarbees, and winterbelle blossoms.

This tart is a refreshing take on a classic dessert. Cinnamon, almond, and peppermint cream serves as the filling inside a soft grassland flour and applesauce crust. This fairly simple beverage contains the liquid freshness of sweet grass and the soft juicyness of honey, fortified by a secret ingredient. A favored drink in the Solis Ocassus tavern, it can be served both hot and cold.

Though the Light region is a far stretch from the Sea of a Thousand Currents, if the harvest has been kind an additional watermelon can be added to the mead as a summertime treat.

Any dragon that has flown to the Windswept Clan has undoubtedly smelled the sweet aroma of freshly fried plantains. Sliced, coated in brown sugar and honey and then pan fried to golden-brown perfection, this sweet treat is easy to make after a long flight and a homeland favorite for Windsinger's children!

Fried plantain is truly versatile. Pair fried plantain slices with smoked meats for a hearty meal that will delight Imperials, Bogsneaks, and Guardians, or mix them with a Skydancer's or Pearlcatcher's favorite insects to win their heart. Hatchlings will happily devour them as desserts.

Even with minimal seasonings, the exceptional flavor of baked musk scrapper is one to be desired. Kevlar, a retired cook from the Malaika Kupanda, has found the key to serving this delicious morsel in spite of its infamously nauseating odor by garnishing the meat with a few withered rose petals.
