Cerauno is an aspiring pioneer of steam technology. Despite his fervent dreams, he is a rather clumsy dragon, bringing more destruction than finesse in his desired line of work.

He looks up to Jericho as a mentor, and while the Skydancer maintains an air of loathing towards him, is secretly very attached to the young boy despite his destructiveness.
