FROM BEYOND
There are other dimensions than what Sorienth's inhabitants can normally see. Dragons who are inclined to be deep thinkers have a chance at viewing these other realities. Dreamers, mathematicians, and antiquarians have all successfully peered beyond the normal limits of dragon experience. These glimpses into the other, however, permanently change them. They are faced with the fact that dragons are only a small, insignificant portion of a vast universe. This fact might not have been so overwhelming if the discoverers were not thrown into the paths of the horrible, powerful creatures that live in the other dimensions. If the dragons are brave enough, there are several ways of seeing things from beyond. One dragon built a machine that could unlock a part of the viewer's brain, although this machine was destroyed. Sight might be granted by one of the Other Gods, or it might be revealed by physically travelling to another plane.
