The LightMother is one of the original of the old council, whilst the new council of dragon gods and goddesses are far larger the the average dragon, the old council are even bigger then them. The LightMother was the second of the old council to touch the lands, they say the land was shrouded in darkness until the LightMother came, that her body was shrouded in light, and that as she spread her wings the sky became blue and the moon began to glow. They say she created a second moon that day, a moon that burned ever more as the sun, which would one day be left to her son, who rose from the stone of the mountain she first touched.

At the base of the mountain, the old council built there temple, and it was there where they would live and reside to watch over the island in harmony. However, a great disaster fell upon the old council that would lead them to vanishing, in there wake leaving the beginning of the new council.
