Mimas is a dragon very well suited to his element; he enjoys nothing more than flying. However, doing what he loves wasn't always easy. Due to his faceted eyes, he doesn't see the same way most dragons do. As a result, he was constantly running into things. His familiar was happy to act as a guide for him, but could only do so when he was on the ground. Mimas nearly despaired until he met his mate Phoebe. She taught him wind magic so he could create an air barrier around himself that would warn him when he was about to crash into something. At first he was just immeasurably grateful, but the more time he spent with her the more he fell in love. Luckily for him she returned his affection. Now the two of them spend their days enjoying the skies together.
