General info:

-Festival is a thief.
-He can take things out of other dragon’s pouches without them noticing.
-He often shares his treasure with his Carmine Serthis, and she with him.
-Will run from a fight he knows he cannot win.
-Despite him being a thief, he rarely hurts anyone and would rather avoid confrontation.
-He limps from a sprain that never healed on his left ankle.
-He uses a slingshot.
-He is straight, but supportive of LGBTQ+, and often makes offensive gay jokes.
-He has good hearing.
-Has killed three dragons, and often thinks of them remorsefully. He won a fight with 48 other dragons.
