Doronko, meaning covered in mud

A bit of broken pot, the ruins of a house, an insignificant bone might be nothing more than junk to most dragons. But to Doronko it was different. She saw a story.

A story of a family that had lived here centuries ago, cooking, eating, building, creating, laughing, alive.

She had never chosen to be an archeologist. But the pull and the fascination of digging through the ground and seeing, no, feeling, the history had called to her as the purpose of her life.

It felt as if she could reach through time and give these dragons one more chance to tell their story.
