Flicker has a wild, reckless streak. When his friends dared him to get close to the Twisting Crescendo, he raced to the eye and was swept up by the winds. Disoriented, he was blown into the Shifting Expanse, where he decided to stay. Not long after he met the Sparky Sparky Boom clan. They were just explosive enough that he was convinced to join. He quickly became friends with Velocity, who would coolly watch him as he ran circles around her during scouting missions. His speed is certainly an asset in getting the drop on an enemy. One sign of an opponent ahead and he's on them like a flash. When he's not on patrol most of the other dragons have trouble keeping track of him. He constantly darts around, messing with various experiments and dodging lightning bolts.
