Abilities:
+Has a calming, friendly effect on those around him (30ft)
+When touching a dragon, can heal them (not instantly, but much, much quicker then normal.
+Can ‘change’ forms into a more ‘angelic’ form. Emits white light, eyes have a spotlight effect, and a shimmering gold spear appears in his talons. All abilities and normal ones are enhanced, but can only hold the form for theee min. maximum.

Weaknesses:
-Demon type anomalies can kill/harm him with ease. He is pretty much terrified of them but doesn’t show it.
-Physical Strength-Angelo draws his strength from ambrosia, which normally doesn’t exist on the normal plane of existence. Therefore, since he has lacked it for hundreds of years, his abilities are much fuller than normal and he is slowly starving to death.
-If you steal his halo, Angelo is pretty much made your servent-you could technically ask him to kill him self and he would have no choice other than to do it.
Behavior: Angelo acts the opposite of how an anti-demon should act. He is benevolent and kind, yes, but has a massive ego and too much confidence for his own good. Angelo has no problem helping others..but he thinks they owe him. He’s not arrogant in the way an old master stares you down-Angelo is young and immature, and thinks he can do everything the BEST. BREATHING?!!? HE CAN DO IT BETTER. But he hides it all easily, even if this thoughts scream it. He has trust issues and is quite starved for ouch and attention, but doesn’t trust many even though he can come across as friends let and open. He has a rather........dark sense of humor. With those he trusts most, he becomes blind to their faults and is very touchy. If he allows you to touch him, he trusts you. He is rather jumpy and easily startled, and speaks eloquently. Angelo comes across as..friendly, but reserved and blunt. He feels the need to hide the softest parts of himself.
Likes:
-Being social. He needs to interact with things or he starts to go into a depressive state. He can use love and affection as a sort of food.
-Animals.
-His halo not being stolen, thanks.

Reason for relocation: Angelo was a high ranking celestial, vanquishing demons and seen as one of the best. This made him..reserved, and afraid to show his soft side, and slowly, he decayed mentally to the point of ‘emotions don’t matter’ But that all changed when he met...her. A beautiful mortal...he loved her and opened his heart. They were happy, but soon the other anti-demons found out about their forbidden love and the mortal killed. Angelo was crushed and fled, but not before he was punished by stripping most of his powers. He wandered...until he found him in a starved state. He was able to attack and kill one of our guards before we could contain him, and therefore we send the anomaly to your scientists to study.
