exalting notes because lomesulima is one of the dragons responsible for ferrying eligible dragons to the lightweaver (and to other dragon deities, if so desired):
- apanomnel x himril offspring = minyave, "first fruit," anathilmi offerings to the lightweaver. these are also sometimes referred to as the anaserki, or "gifts of blood," both for their tertiary colors and the common misconception (among more common dragon-folk) that exaltees are being sacrificed, in a literal sense, to their chosen deity.
- carnisulimo x tintamalda = malyave, "golden fruit," anarosti offerings to the lightweaver.
- anarosti = "gifts from the fortress," the host of dragons (that are not offspring of carnisulimo and tintamalda) sent to serve the lightweaver after passing into the land of alkarost, who never see the holy site of thilma but from afar.
- anathilmi = "gifts from thilma," the host of dragons (that are not offspring of apanomnel and himril) sent to serve the lightweaver that were either born near the holy site of thilma, or who became residents of that blessed realm after passing from alkarost.
- stemming from a belief that all of dragon-kind must be humble before their gods, every would-be exalted dragon that passes through this region is required to strip themselves of any and all unique genes before they are shown the way to their deity. only basic dragons* are permitted to join the ranks of the lightweaver, here, and it is highly encouraged that dragons desiring to serve another god perform the same ritual.
*no, i am not buying fodder dragons with genes and paying to strip them. important dragons, lore dragons, will be ceremoniously revoked of their patterns, if and when it is decided that they should go and serve their deity; however, fodder dragons for serving actual game mechanics will be bought basic, most likely given the name "anarosti" and kept long enough to be leveled for exalt profit. if i buy your triple basic for under 9kt and name it "anarosti," it is going to be exalted--get in touch if this is not the fate that you desire for your dragon, and i will private auction said dragon for its original ah price.
