The most prominent quality about Hydarg is that there appears to be no prominent quality - nobody knows Hydarg well enough to speculate, and even the dragons that have spent time around Hydarg cannot definitively recall an adequate description - a Water dragon in an almost stereotypical sense. They only really know that he is half-brother to Striker.
It is not surprising, really - Hydarg is a deep-diver, and they are notoriously removed through their esoteric experiences. When asking Hydarg about the experience of diving, the most likely response you will get is "an unexplainable experience of incomprehensibility". Really, though, you should know better than to ask a deep-diver about their diving by now.
