Though he's born of Ice, Aion was lost in a trek across The Southern Icefield. His survival skills were no match for the extreme weather, and he has now lost feeling in his feet and random other parts of his body. His struggle back home was met with no empathy, and he was expected to return back to the same place where he almost lost his life.

He decided to trek to other lands, his wings carrying him far better than his legs now can, though with difficulty all the same. This difficulty allowed him to be controlled by the winds and end up in The Windswept Plateau. He met a dragon whom he became fast friends with: Mei. She as well did not receive empathy from other dragons.

Aion has intense difficulty walking due to his permanent injuries, but his mate "The Misfit" Mei helps him the best she can.
