Her father’s tribe was just over the border in the Sunbeam Ruins while her mother’s tribe was on this side of the border in the Tangled Woods.Their union was a show by both clans regarding a peace agreement as they were both direct siblings of the clan leaders on both sides. Thus she was royalty to both sides and the daughter to a Tundra of Light and Fae of Shadow, meant that for much of her younger life Crosh had walked a delicate line between the princess of the two worlds and outcast in both. It would be hard to call it peaceful youth but her very existence ensured peace. This peace lasted until she was framed for stealing a clan heirloom, a text about beings long gone and their relation to the deities, of her mother’s clan.

Her father had to flee from the clan, with her along with him. Her mother couldn’t come along and was therefore caught in the following war between the two clans, leaving behind nothing but Emperors and bodies. Later, her father found out that this was orchestrated by two clans in the area from the Tangled Woods and Sunbeam ruins respectively. He instead of retaliating chose to wander around the continent saying things like unity makes us stronger and gathered a group of students and the name Hades started to become famous, but Crosh wished for vengeance. She had been forbidden from ever training by her father, for he knew that she would immediately do if she did, thus she fell back onto the guile of shadows and supplemented it with academia.

Fearing that Crosh would one day return with Hades’s band of students each holding a frightening amount of influence, each of those two clans sent assassins after her. Due to the lack of any fighting prowess she was quite easily but at the critical moment Jacek appeared and sent them over to the underworld and clearly wished to pull the problem from its roots. She and him thus came to an agreement of using his sly and her knowledge to do that very thing, and before long the two clans were at each other’s throat and destroyed each other much like the event they themselves had previously orchestrated. Due to her part in this she willingly followed Shade into exile and became his mate and prime advisor, a role she still holds in the Shadow of Hades.
