Well versed in dragon anatomy, Dr. Carnassial operates in cosmetic surgery as a front, reserving her true career for backstage: extreme body modification, for aesthetics, of course. She herself is her biggest job, constantly updating and streamlining her final 'design' by sawing off her wing limbs and implementing sockets to switch them with hand-stitched extra limbs harvested from some of her involuntary clientele.

Included with this are two additional sockets located behind her front legs for additional limbs and tools if need be, giving her a potential total of eight arms. And with such a brilliant smile comes additional costs, having stolen those lovely incisors and glued them directly onto her jawbone, although she may occasionally struggle with a tight fit. A liquid diet is a must by now, but beauty is pain, after all.

Often her home operations need additional ingredients so she harvests them from unlucky victims she lures in under the pretense of her cosmetic surgery business. Of course, any criticisms instantly vanish when the critic themselves is dismembered into a neat pile of skin, organs, and flesh.

Calling her appearance ugly, gross, weird, etc. is a one way ticket to a painful demise.
