The grand Achaikos has better things to do than bother with the masses. He has some very important scribing and highborn activities to get to, so if it's not important he really must be off. You may purchase his services if you wish, but he is among the tip of the top and will not write out your dictated words for a mere pittance. If you do not respect his standing or choose to make a mockery of his stature, you will be dismissed from his presence forthwith. Achaikos prefers things worthy of the aristocracy. If forced into the activities of commoners he will become annoyed or even worried, and gods help you if the place is dirty or disorganized in any way. So long as everything and everyone are in their proper place, there is no company more refined to find yourself in. He's quite poetic, too, when he wants to be. That is not now, however; that is best saved for those who would appreciate such things. Now then, are you willing to contribute to his coffers in exchange for services rendered or is there somewhere else you need to be?
