THIS DRAGON IS AN OC

Being half-bred on the elven community is never easy, specially when you're half Dark elven and Blood elven.
Elathan and her twin sister Melethya were abandoned as newborn babies at the doors of the Dark elven community of Helandon, leader of the Somunm Alliance. No one wanted to take care of two half-bred kids, except for an old half-bred elf that happened to live on the outskirts of the village.
Melethya and Elathan grew calling this elven man "grandpa", never knowing his real name. They learned from him everything anyone would expect from both a Blood elven and a Dark elven. Fighting techniques, assassination tips, poison crafting...
When the old man died, both sisters started to drift away from each other, until a big fight between both girls caused Melethya to run away from home, to never be seen again.
Elathan, being an alone preteen did the best she could to survive, but self-loathing doesn't buy you things, stealing did.
After a failed steal on the kingdom's castle, instead of being executed she became the handmaid and friend of the princess, growing together until the princess became a power tool after the assassination of her father.
With her habilities, Elathan joined the high rank assassin soldiers of Helandon and was made a captain and later the bodyguard of the princess, both being reunited after ninetysix years.
It was the princess the one that entrusted Elathan with a letter adressed to the king of humans, a letter that could bring the destruction of the Somunm Alliance and the end of the war.
After delivering the letter, she was asked to protect Hridregard Ibn Tassel, a member of the Arbunm Alliance. Even when the two elven clearly despissed each other, they needed to work together to deliver the second message to the king of Anurenain.

As the end of the war draws near, she gets knighted and Hrid gifts to her the family name Veo'Ghera (meaning fullmoon light) and resides permanently on Anurenain's territory as captain of the Royal Guard.

Elathan is always full of sass, master of irony and a mouthful of snarky remarks, all used as a mask to hide her gloomy and depressive real personality. She's just looking a way and place to die, but won't admit it.
In a later part of the story, she loses her pinky and ring finger on her right arm (also a bit of the palm), instead of being bothered by this, she might be even a bit amused by the fact that now she can discreetly flip everyone by not flexing the pointer finger.
Her actual age is actually near to three hundred but thanks to being an elven she mantains a youthful appearance, looking on her early twenties.
By being half blood elven, she's inmune to all the poisons (except the otherworldy fae toxin) and she can fed and heal her wounds by biting and draining blood from another. She's an excelent fighter both in magic and swordplay, her only flaw being her overconfidiality.

Nicknamed Ellie by Cordia, her full name means "She will bloom".
Shares name with the Avatar of Putrefaction born from the Cursed Endless Darkness, maybe that's why Siev'din, Avatar of Death has taken a like on her.





Her character, story and personality were based on an old roleplay character I had and the one I got tons of good moments playing as. After the rol died, I was kinda sad to bench her that started to write a light novelization of her time as roleplay character. After tons of changes and revisions the story drifted on what I know today as "Across the Dragonlands, Act 1"
Her son, Tsanassis Veo'Ghera is the main character of the Act 2.
