This Leviathan is among the largest known in Sornieth. Named after the first known of their species, "Luci", the Lucianna Leviathan rivals the Ghost Leviathan in size and temperament.

Due to their immense size, this leviathan needs large expansive areas to move around and spends it's life almost exclusively in deep waters at the edges of inhabited zones. They have highly adapted eyesight that can see heat signatures in the dark waters. The Bio-luminescent markings on their scales is used to draw prey towards them, which they then ambush and quickly devour.

Despite their size, these leviathans are mostly passive to small creatures. They must conserve energy between feedings, and so perusing small prey would waste more energy than they would gain. The Lucianna feeds on smaller leviathans that venture too far out from the inhabitable zone, and have been known to even hunt adult ghost leviathans.

Interestingly, the Harlequin Leviathan is the only Leviathan that the Lucianna doesn't see as their next meal. It was recently discovered that the Harlequin Leviathan is actually the Male of the Lucianna species. Researchers studying the Harlequin Leviathan observed a large group of the species swimming close to the edge of the inhabitable zone. Upon following, they then came face to face with a large number of Lucianna Leviathans, which then mated with the Harlequins and then retreated into the depth below.
