Leader of the Magico Clan

Arcani had no longer a home. She was abandoned by her clan. Only because she wasn't willing to fight. All she wanted to do was to find fabrics and create clothes and other stuff for her fellow dragons.

Wandering around, she was scared. Scared that creatures would attack her or even kill her. Arcani didn't know how to fight back. The clan told her that magic would have no effect on those creatures. It started to rain. Arcani tried to find a place to hide. But every spot she found was taken by scary monsters already. She decided to sit under a tree and let the rain pour on her. She started to cry. Oh how she wished she wasn't so stubborn and instead did fight for her clan.

The rain didn't stop. But Arcani was hungry, for a few days already. She wasn't allowed to eat in the clan for a few days before they abandoned her. Being weak she tried to find some plants and fruits to eat. After a few hours of searching she found a strawberry bush next to a pink rose. Trying to pick some strawberries, Arcani suddenly got attacked. Some strong dragons from her clan did follow her just to get rid off her. Begging for mercy Arcani got attacked again. The claws and bites made her bleed and all she could do was curl up and wait till they stopped attacking. When she received a hit from a tail she lost her consciousness. Thinking that she was dead, the dragons stopped attacking and left.

The rain still was pouring on her, washing the blood away from her injuries. Gaining back her consciousness after a few hours, all she could do was laying on the ground. The pain was too intense for her to even make a move. The only reason she could survive was because of the rain which kept her hydrated. But she got skinny. Really skinny.

R E C O V E R Y

Three weeks passed by and finally the rain had stopped. But still Arcani couldn't move because of the pain. She thought this was the end of her. Suddenly a shadow was blocking the sun rays which were shining on Arcani. Scared that she would get attacked again she began to cry and quietly whispered to spare her life. But this creature wasn't attacking her. Instead it plucked some strawberries and fed them to her. Arcani looked up. She saw the silhouette of a dragon. It was a Coatl. Looking better at the dragon she began to see more details. It was a male Coatl. He was an adult, but younger than her, that for sure. He was pink colored, just like her. But he had green eyes, unlike Arcani, who had pink eyes.

He grabbed some bandage from his bag and asked Arcani what happened. She told him everything. The Coatl was very kind to her. He told her his name, which was Valentin, and that he is a lonely dragon, but by choice. He wanted to start his own clan. An Arcane clan. But as a Nature dragon it was a strange thing to say that. But Arcani disagreed. She told him if that is his dream then he should try to acquire it.

The wounds began to heal magically, which causes a bit confusion by Arcani. Valentin told her that he is a mage. The pain was gone, so she tried to stand up. But she still was weak. But Valentin helped her standing up while he started to blush a bit. He looked through her skinny outside and started to fall in love with Arcani. He brought Arcani to a safe place and brought her back to health. But Arcani got a big scar around her neck from the fight, so Valentin gave her a pretty white scarf to hide her scar. When Valentin was off to gather food and materials, Arcani usually secretly made clothes. She wasn't sure if Valentin would mind if she did.

When she was healthy again, Valentin told her that his task was done and that she could leave if she wanted to. But she didn't want to leave. Arcani felt safe when Valentin was around her, getting a warm feeling from the inside. She started to dance around him. In her clan that was the way to show a dragon their love feelings. A bit confused at first, Valentin just looked at her. But slowly he started to understand and danced as well. Much of Arcani's relieve, she smiled. Then suddenly she went to her nest, grabbing the clothes she made for Valentin. Returning to him, she explained that she made them secretly, hoping that Valentin wouldn't mind her passion. She made a purple tunic, overcoat and mage hat for him to show that he is a mage. But Valentin didn't mind that she made those clothes. In fact he knew it and brought the materials for them. Arcani also told him at she would be happy to start his Arcane clan with him. When he heard that, he happily agreed and told her that he was wishing for that she would join him. The two started to hug each other out of love.

And so a romance began.
