A dragon straight from Dawnfire13's clan, Althosar knows his way around the tribe. He's known collectively as everyone's uncle, and while his sense of humor can be a tad dry, he occasionally shines through with a truly exceptional joke. You just need to give him a bit of time...

Althosar loves his mate, Zira completely, with all of his heart. She was still fighting problems with her past relationship for a long time into their marraige, however, and so Althosar did his best to give her the time and space she needed. His first daughter, Winterfell, is his pride and joy, and everyone in the clan knows it. When he whips out his wallet, it's time to find some place else to be, or risk getting bombarded with Winterfell's baby pictures for the third time that week.

Now that his baby girl is all grown up, Althosar is teary eyed at the prospect of her new relationship and life ahead of her. In fact, when he heard hatchlings were on the way, he near passed out from nerves and excitement. Althosar knows that Meurig (Winterfell's mate) is a good egg, and knows he will take care of her, however he can't help playing the overprotective dad card every now and then. He frets to Zira about their daughter when he can, and while she simply strokes his head endearingly and allows him to rant, she too worries irrationally, despite having hatched several children herself. Althosar has only met Meurig a couple of times, though he hopes to get to know the confidant snapper better in the coming days, as well as get to visit more frequently when the hatchlings are hatched.
