Biography
Soundwave is quiet solace. He never speaks (or rather, speaks so rarely that few have heard his voice), but is always aware. He is the definition of thoughtful repose and meditation and despite his silent nature is an excellent adviser. His loyalty is unquestionable.
He doesn't really settle down to any dragon in particular, but he's unendingly loyal to Syracuse and seems to be fond of Chartasmic. His relationship with Megatronus is a bit complex, but he is comfortably on her "tolerate" list so is often in charge of convincing her to settle down a bit.
Soundwave is also an enforcer. When mischief is about his constant presence can be unnerving and often convinces troublemakers to make their trouble somewhere else.
