~Warrior Trainee~
No proper bio yet, I'm afraid. Please be patient.
Notes:
- Saga = tale, story, fairy tale.
- Adopted from Clan Du'Ulnis
- Despite happily accepting adoption into the Outpost Clan - their martial nature appealing to her more than the artisan culture prevalent in Clan Du'Ulnis, by whose Matriarch her egg was found and hatched - she still holds some things from her original Clan close to her heart. Foremost among those things are Matriarch Lucent's words: "How only gets you part of the way. How is half of understanding. Why is full understanding."
- She might have misunderstood the Guardian, though, which might be forgiven seeing as she was so young at the time... Anyway, Saga interpreted Lucent's words as "If you find out how, you're halfway there! Now you just need to come up with a reason why!"
- As a result, Saga has an unfortunate habit of jumping to conclusions, making things up to fill in the gaps in what she knows and then refusing to see any other perspectives than her own, believing that she is more or less all-knowing.
- When this is not incredibly frustrating, it is fairly endearing, especially since she makes up all the most outrageous stories from the most mundane daily happenings. She's a favourite among the other young Clan members due to this.
- Has adopted Frode as her father, rather than the other way around. She adores how he always seems to know everything, and is so kind and gentle and patient, and always has more stories and hugs for her.
- The experience of being what amounts to a single father to a young lady so vivacious and determined as Saga is probably good for him in the long run, no matter how stressed out he gets about it in the moment. It has allowed him to gain more self confidence and a bit of a backbone, which he sorely needed, to be honest.
- Asked to have her breed changed from her original Nocturne into a Pearlcatcher so that she might be able to focus and remember better. (She's retained her noise-mimicking ability, though!)
- When not bothering Frode, she is often off with Hillevi, the two young dragons training to be warriors together so that Saga's anxious father will let her go out into the world and explore to her heart's content, creating new stories for (and about) herself along the way.
Saga and her mate, Hillevi, exploring, patrolling and enjoying each other's company.
Remembered together, at their happiest, as they were meant to be.
