Amit inherited the knightly profession from her mom, but instead of staying a demon-hunting mercenary, she rather quickly went to serve directly under the King. This led to some rather unpleasant encounters with power-hungry mages and one pleasant encounter with a certain, at the time, librarian.

Nowadays, she's known as the unflappable Captain, with her loud laughter echoing through the castle halls often. And that position isn't just for show - she can swing her sword around with a precision many envy.

And although she very much prefers staying non-lethal, once she grips her claymore with both of her hands, you should run. One can't really control how much damage that thing does in a full-powered swing.
