Madras is fairly softspoken, but even still she loves to chat with other dragons. She pays close attention to the movements of the stars, and believes that there are secret messages hiding in their patterns. Madras lived in a small clan in the Shifting Expanse for most of her life. However, an unsettlingly strong storm blew through her clan's territory, sweeping up massive waves from the ocean. The territory was destroyed and many of her clan mates were killed in the flooding. Madras was swept away in the water, but she survived. Unwilling to return to her clan, she wondered where she should go. A bright shooting star fell from the sky, catching her eye. It seemed to be guiding her to the Starfall Isles. On her travels, she came across an unconscious dragon named Partizanne who seemed quite unhappy. She offered to take the pearlcatcher with her on her journey, and the two have remained friends ever since.
