Neria:
Neria has a wide nose, large eyes, and round face characteristic of her Pacific Islander roots. Her skin is a warm tanned brown, and her hair is soft and dark brown.great descriptive skills, athena, really great
Honestly, her outfit is very similar to Moana's. I mean really, why not?
Her favourite top is a soft ocean-blue halter top, with traditional patterns. She wears skirts that are somewhere between cream and white, patterned with more blue. Sometimes she pulls out two lengths of dark blue cloth and wraps her wrists/hands in them, to protect the delicate joints and fragile skin of her knuckles from constant movement.
She has a floaty blueish-white wrap which is usually looped around her shoulders. Simple creamy pearl earrings are all the jewelry she usually wears, but sometimes when she's feeling showy she'll pull out her special pair of white-blue, sapphire-dripping earrings.
The most unique part of her ensemble is the custom-made pack, with a frame of twisted wood. The wood is stained blue-black, carved with the patterns of Maori art. (optionally, the wood is a pale honey brown). There is padding to keep the woven core from chafing against her back on her travels. Soft braided cords are present to fasten the pack against her shoulders and hips. It her made for her by someone who knew what she needed- there are many small wicker compartments, hidden cords, hooks, and loops to stow loose healer trinkets like fresh herbs or stale bandages. There are two main wicker compartments, each closed by a securely fastened flap. One has a lid at the top of the pack, and one is at the bottom of the right side. However, the compartments only take up the right side of the pack. the left side is dominated by something you'd never expect to see on a travelling bag: plants. Nestled in the wildly curving wooden frame, soil is packed into tightly woven wicker tiers. each can be covered with treated fabric to keep off the rain, sun, and cold. Each little pocket of soil has earth from a different region of sornieth. This way, Neria has fresh herbs on hand no matter where she is!

joy to the freaking world i keep having more lore ideas because of the randomest reasons but I know i'll never write about it
see yeah Neria's description is in Akalan's space so like what if he likes her
even though she's super depressed... like imagine the popular social guy stealing looks at the sad, tired, lonely girl and she doesn't notice? character arc right there,,, it takes some serious tragedy for them to get together maybe? why do i hurt my dragons like this
this is going in a bad direction for numerous reasons I can't explain

because his features fit my general thoughts of the dragon's human form,,,
But I hate describing guys
At least when they're hot
