Looking at Spectrolite, you'd expect her to be some sort of artist, perhaps a singer or a dancer: her dark and edgy aesthetic clashes with the vivd swirls of her own colours; her snappy remarks scream of entitlement born from fame.

She much prefers the company of ingredients and kitchen utensils to other dragons, which prompted her to quit working at the Crystal Garden Inn, where, in her opinion, there was way too much drama and noise.

Spectra misses her work, and has been quietly working on getting her own place set up, even though saving and planning is going quite slow. She keeps it away even from close friends and refuses to get help.
Her kitten is the only other living thing whose company Spectrolite is always willing to endure. The little thing always perches on her head or shoulder while Spectra is cooking, frequently getting to munch on leftover pieces and taste the newest recipes.

It should probably be said that the kitten has remained just that - a little kitten - for way longer than it should have. 		tumblr_npmybhpZ451sjsb38o6_250.gif

The leading theories include shapeshifting demons, a mimic, nefarious scientific experiments and extremely poor pet-keeping skills that involve frequently getting a new one.

The kitten has not issued any comments so far, apart from condescendingly staring down the gossipers and managing to meow with sarcasm.
