You step into the sparring arena, having heard thunderous roars coming from within. In the centre of the ring, you see two large dragons - both ridgebacks - pacing in a circle around each other. One is the biggest ridgeback you've ever seen, with big, morph-gened wings and a wicked snarl, accompanied by an ugly scar over her eye. The second ridgeback is a decent bit smaller but looks a lot like the first dragon. You hear the first, bigger ridgeback roar again. "I didn't mate with the second strongest dragon in Crystalrune to hatch a WEAKLING!!" she bellows, and you clue in on who these dragons are. General Indigo and her daughter Heavyheart. Heavyheart winces at her mother's harsh words. "I'm only a hundred years old." she protests, ducking under the general's arms and pummelling her belly with her back feet, her wings spread out underneath her to keep her upright. "FOOL!" Indigo bellows, stepping on her daughter's wings and leaning in so she could glare at her. "Keep your wings UNDER you, so your opponent can't step on them." she spits. You clear your throat and she finally realises that you're there. "Take five, maggot." she snarls at her daughter before approaching you. "Yes. What can I do for you? Are you here for a sparring lesson? Because, if you can't tell, " she gestures angrily to Heavyheart, "I've got my talons full. Come back some other time." she spits, shoving you out the door and slamming it shut before you can even answer.

Mindbreaker hatched in a plague lair where every hatchling had to fend for themselves. Their parents believed that if you protected a baby it would never learn to defend itself. So, Mindbreaker was the eldest of her litter, and became the strongest, fastest, and most feared. She was mean and frequently beat up the other hatchlings to assert dominance. She became so good at sparring, that she became the instructor for older dragons who'd never learned. After a few years, Indigo got bored of this and left in search of a more interesting home.

Living In Crystalrune

When he landed, dragons gaped at the size of the spiral as he explored the vast country, awestruck at a God wandering in their midst. He told them he was just like them, simply made of stardust and clouds. One dragon pointed him towards a kingdom called Crystalrune, which was known for its cold temperatures and beautiful starry skies. He rushed there, colliding with a sweet young skydancer named Pandora on his way into the gates. She'd laughed and asked him where he was off to in such a hurry, and he hastily told her he was looking for Crystalrune. She smiled and welcomed him, offering to show him around. He eagerly accepted, and became close friends with the shy astrology professor.

Years later, Pandora had become Nova's best friend and they shared a lair. He told her he wasn't interested in mating with a female dragon and wanted to nest with a male, but that he didn't know of any other gay males in the kingdom. Pandora simply snorted and introduced him to Cherry, Lance, Hades, Ciannavei, Cooshu, Majesty, Cato, and Nico, who were all just like Nova. He became close with them as well before he developed feelings for Nico, the eldest son of the kingdom's archivist, who also happened to be a scientist. Luckily, the handsome tundra returned his feelings, and now they're married! Their anniversary is October 31st!
