Aquatic Weaver - Siva'Vavarë- "Rei"
The Aquatic Weaver came to existence through the weaving of magic through water and sand. They exhibit specific traits pertaining to this combination - such as their glowing eyes, and the genes of skink or poison, spinner or toxin, and lace or ringlets. Their patterns look to have been woven from their elements - and Aquatic ones find themselves woven through water or ice, which is simply water frozen over. There are other such varieties of Weavers, such as Fire, Tree, and Shadow - but they are still elusive, having hidden themselves away after the Third Age. They are a part of the land, and cannot be separated from it.

Siva’Vavare, Rei for short - was unsure of what to expect when magic willed her into existence. Was she to simply hide amongst the waves and beaches until the time came for her to weave a new soul into the land - or was she to experience life as other creatures who looked as her had? Her forebears had hidden themselves away for eons, and she did not feel happiness from them, in fact sadness was a large portion of the emotion that had brought her into being, allowing them to fade back into the waves and be at peace.
Their sadness made her choose a different path.
When an older, more experience Weaver approached her, he told tale of a grouping of dragons that looked similar to them but who offered themselves as a Haven to weary travelers or those who claimed to no longer have a place of belonging. Vavare enjoyed this notion, of those who lived in peace and harmony, as the element she was born for enjoyed as well, and so she followed her elder, Endes to this Alliance.
The dragons, who called themselves Arach in a singular sense or Arachi in a plural form, welcomed her and congratulated Endes on finding his match, for he had spoken of waiting for his match to come into being. This Vavare understood - for she had felt his magic before even the time she could actively consider herself existing. He was her match, and she was his. Fate had planned it to be so.
Arachi of all colors approached her and welcomed her, bearing with them gifts or tokens that they had crafted or gathered.
Some questioned her and Endes on their glowing eyes, eyes that allowed the Arachi to bear witness to the pure magic running through their veins in an unconstrained manner. And so, with but a glance between them, Endes and Vavare worked their magic in harmony and wove a sculpture - a mixture of living sand, water, and ice to constantly watch over the Alliance. It was a small dragon-like creature, no bigger than Vavare’s foreclaw, but it would have no need to sleep, no need to eat - all it would do would be to watch and keep those within the haven of the Alliance, safe.
For the Weavers were guardians of magic, and those who magic had chosen.
