Actually secretly a god of Chaos and Disorder, he thrives upon the disharmony and discord his carnival and circus brings, and is very powerful. More of a Chaotic Neutral, he lives mainly for his own sick enjoyment.
Also Flirts relentlessly with Utopia and is intent on wedding her. So far her friends have been able to thwart his plans. So far.
