______ Maru is the daughter of Rush and Altani, born in the Tangled Wood following her father's travels. She is a lively young Tundra, having both her father's passion for adventure and her mother's unyielding resolve.

______ One day she hopes to go on the same travels that her father did, and that she will grow as strong as both him and her mother.

______ She would much rather fight when it comes to conflict, unlike her brother Tynan who believes in a diplomatic resolution.
