Adviser
A political adviser to both Titania and Oberon. Sulis is often used as a buffer between Hermia and Bismarck's constant arguing, since he's the only one of the two Fae's advisers who is completely neutral. Sulis is a calm, collected counter to Hermia's paranoid protection of Titania and Bismarck's underhanded, manipulative personality.

Sulis is not without flaws however, as an adviser he's extremely indecisive compared to his colleagues, often switching opinions at the drop of a hat over Titania's harsh leadership style or whatever petty drama Oberon gets himself into. This is why neither Fae will ever value him higher than their loyalest advisers, Oberon will always go to Bismarck first and Titania will always value Hermia's judgement more.

Sulis is a good friend of his fellow light flight dragon, Voght. Though the two didn't come from the same regions, they did meet on their travels through the Sunbeam Ruins long before either of them joined The Focal Company. Sulis was in fact the one who convinced Voght to settle down in the Arcane clan after years on the road. He may or may not have regrets about suggesting the Ridgeback join the clan, now that he has to deal with Oberon's excessive spending of the clan's budget whenever Voght comes into town with new trinkets and silks.
