"Albina: goddess of the dawn and protector of ill-fated lovers"

Albina is a guardian from ages of old; she was slain in battle alongside her charge. Unable to move on from her failure, she lingered between the world of the living and the dead. For centuries she was lost, until she found Cryptomeria. Her first glimpse of the other guardian shocked her to the very core; it was her beloved charge once more, she was sure of it! She followed Cryptomeria for much of her life before making herself known to her. She pledged her undying love and loyalty, promised to never leave her side again.

Albina's magic has been shaped by so many years in the ether, and is able to see the paths of many futures. She uses this to protect her beloved charge, swiftly eliminating any threat that may harm her. Because of this, her moral compass is a bit skewed, as she refuses to risk failing her charge ever again. Ruthless and dedicated, Albina would gladly sacrifice anyone and anything to save Cryptomeria.
