The Council's youngest representative, Blake does his best to live up to the gravity of the title--and fails miserably most of the time. Rowdy, hyper, and too quick with his tongue, Blake almost causes more problems than he fixes (though he does so quite good-naturedly--most of the time). Fortunately, Thunder Hollow's Shadow dragons are, on the whole, an affable lot, and they know he means well enough to represent their concerns properly.

In his free time, he likes to set up a stall in the plaza and make custom costumes for those who want them. The market is niche, but he's not in it for the money.
