Name means "cinnamon" in Hebrew, from the name of the spice tree.

This recipe comes from NefariousKing, who has graciously given Taji permission to use their recipe and continue baking these energetic and zippy treats.
Cinnamon Bun dragons always smell of cinnamon and vanilla, the two scents giving off a cozy, warm atmosphere. Keziah will gather sugarcane to eat during the incubation period so that the hatchlings will have a glossy topcoat and sticky bellies. Swirl gathers cinnamon and dusts each egg, insisting to never look as he does so it is unique to each hatchling. When these eggs hatch it is wise to wait until the young are able to glide before handling them or else you will be covered in sweet sap. They are most active in the morning hours, eagerly announcing to the clan when it is time for breakfast by swooping over their heads with shrill cries of joy. They will have enough energy to last them the entire day yet it will dip and soar depending on the sugar levels of their day-to-day diet. Cinnamon Bun dragons are the perfect companion and will be the first to provide comfort if anyone is unwell, using their long body and tail to wrap them in a ‘snuggle bun’, as they like to call it. |
