Basic info:

Known by other dragons to be a wild, feral Pearlcatcher with a thick tail and mane of coarse fur.
Friend of certain beastclans and even said to have had the audience of Talona, Matriarch of the Harpies.
Garuna was gifted a Harpy-made masque, specifically for her, after proving herself valuable to the flock by protecting a young Harpy prince from invaders.
