Lore idea: Her old clan was in ruins after some natural disaster swept over it, and her mother and brother were lost in the chaos. Her father told her and her younger siblings to flee in search of a better life. She had known Meara since birth, so she fled to Elysian. She tried to get her siblings to come with her, but they refused, too stubborn and prideful to follow their older sister.
Kulta is one of the leaders of Elysian. She deals with the environmental and architectural problems in the clan, as well as the economic ones. She is one of the more direct, serious leaders, and doesn't interact with the dragons of Elysian as much as they do. This is her personal choice, but dragons do not hesitate to come to her about a problem because they know she will handle it justly.

She wasn't expecting them to be so beautiful, so serene. She was expecting malice and ruin, not the beautiful articles of clothing and soft-spoken stories. She never would have thought that the dragons of Elysian were so kind despite the stories that she'd been told about them.
