Pagura looks like she would enjoy swimming! Since clean water is rare in the Scarred Wasteland its normally used for drinking and cooking so there never tends to be enough to wade in let alone submerge. So when out on expedition or whatnot she will easily be one of the first to volunteer to gather the aquatic needs.
She's strong and her long body lets her slide around in the currents almost effortlessly.
She's also learned how to use her element to her advantage, freezing the clean water into blocks and bringing it back to the clan to store for later use.
