a shard of the divine given form and purpose, they occupy themselves mostly with creating various plants, particularly intricate flowers. said to come when gentle spring breezes first start to melt away the icy grips of winter, though really they don't go anywhere, it is just that winter requires more subtle work.
their abilities are mainly limited to the garden they call home, though if the divine wills it they may be capable of more. it does not matter much, though, as they do not leave.
considered impassive by regular dragons, but they just don't know all the ins and outs of emoting with a physical body quite yet. they are learning to offer a shy smile when the rare visitor happens upon them. give them time. and do mind the flowers.
often followed about by a strange...flower? animal? it is their creation, presumably, or perhaps was gifted to them by the divine. often it rides on their shoulder, sometimes half-hidden in their mane.
